The challenge

Mr Central Heating was carrying the cost and overhead of an enterprise commerce licence its business no longer needed.

What we did

We moved the store from Magento's enterprise edition down to the community edition — re-engineering what the licence had provided so nothing was lost — as part of a Magento 1→2 migration, and put version control and a branching strategy in place for safe ongoing delivery.
